    We cover the whole of the United Kingdom. We are currently working on expanding to be able to provide our delicious products for the rest of the world!
  • How can payments be made?
    We currently accept all major Cards, PayPal & Klarna.
  • Do you sell Vegan or Vegetarian treats?
    Yes we do! We have a fantastic range of Vegetarian, Vegan & Halal treats! We also try and expand our range with new products every month. you can use the filters on our shop pages to show only products from these sections. You can also find Vegan & Vegetarian full shop pages via the Menu Bar.
  • Can you personalise items?
    Yes, here at Piñata Pantry we pride ourselves on going that extra mile for customers! We have several ways of making your purchase personalised such as Hamper Baskets, Gift Wrap, Personalise Vinyl Decals & more! Simply send us an email, message or open the chat with ourselves to discuss your request! We will do our very best to cater to your needs! You can also add a FREE Gift Tag to all orders - Just a note at the checkout!
  • What do the subscription boxes contain?
    All of our subscription boxes are full with delicious goodies! We have a selection of different boxes to suit your preferences from American Candy to Classic Sweets and depending on which box you select you'll get a box full of different confectionary & new treats on the market!
  • Where do your sweets come from?
    We use UK suppliers meaning all of sweets meet the UK laws regarding ingredients. We also use the top brands meaning you receive the best quality treats through your door including the original brands such as Haribo, Dobson, Stockleys & more. Our treats are sure to taste just as you remember from your childhood! All of our products are packaged in our premise by staff trained in food hygiene & packaged meeting all food hygiene reequipments including labels & allergens. Piñata Pantry has a Food Hygiene Rating of 5 Stars.
  • Are Subscription Boxes & Products Refundable?
    Due to the nature of products we only accept returns on products that are in the original condition and sealed. We do not accept products that have been tampered with in any way for hygiene reasons. We unfortunately do not accept returns on Subscription Boxes & Sale Boxes of any kind due to the nature of the product. All food products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Do you cater Weddings & Events?
    Yes we do & we love creating special items for such events! Email us or give us a call to discuss your requirements & we can help provide the perfect treats for your special day including Candy Buffets & Favour Boxes!
  • How long does delivery take?
    All orders placed between Monday-Thursday before 2pm will be shipped same day. All orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next working day. Our standard shipping UK wide are shipped with Royal Mail 2nd Class which has an estimated delivery of 2-5 working days. We also offer a upgraded First Class Service for an additional cost which should arrive within 1-2 working days. We can offer a next day delivery service - please message us for a personalised quote. Open Hours: Monday-Thursday. 8.30am - 5pm. During seasonal & busy periods these hours will differ.
  • What is in your Mystery Boxes & Packages?
    All of our Mystery Boxes & Packages contain a fantastic mix of products & always contain products of a higher value in RRP than what you mean. This makes our packages a fantastic mix & a bargain! American Mystery Boxes contain a variety of American Treats including Best Sellers & Limited Edition treats!
