Where do you deliver to?


We cover the whole of the United Kingdom. We are currently working on expanding to be able to provide our delicious products for the rest of the world!




What do the subscription boxes contain?


All of our subscription boxes are full with delicious goodies! We have a selection of different boxes to suit your preferences from American Candy to Classic Sweets and depending on which box you select you'll get a box full of different confectionary & new treats on the market! Every box will contain new treats each month however don't panic you can add your favourites to your box each month!




Do you sell Vegan/Gluten Free/Halal Sweets?


Yes we do! Select the filters in our shop to see what products suit your requirements. You can also find a Gluten Free & Vegetarian Page! However please note - Though our pick & mix range is packaged separately & handled with care at all times, Pick & mix products are packaged in the same working environment therefore may contain traces of gluten - All other products are individually packed by the manufacturer.




Where do your sweets come from?


We use UK suppliers meaning all of sweets meet the UK laws regarding ingredients. We also use the top brands meaning you receive the best quality treats through your door. All of our products are packaged in our premise by staff trained in food hygiene & packaged meeting all food hygiene requiments including labels & allergens.




What are the Retro Boxes?


Retro Boxes contain sweet treats from the decade you pick! We fill the boxes with treats from your favourite era! These are great gifts!




Can you personalise items?


Yes, Pinata Pantry pride ourselves on going that extra mile for customers! On most products you can find you select your own sweets & add a gift tag for free! All Sweet Bouquets can be personalised to include a mix of your favourite chocolates, if you can't see your favourite bar on the drop down menu just send us a message we are happy to help! We can also provide gift wrapping & more... Simply send us an email, message or open the chat with ourselves to discuss your request! We will do our very best to cater to your needs!




How can payments be made?


We can accept, Debit/Credit card & Paypal.




Do Sweet Bouquets travel well?


No, Unfortunately Sweet Bouquets are very delicate & we currently only deliver them locally. we are working on finding a safe way to dispatch nationwide however in the meantime you can request a flat pack version to assemble yourself on arrival.




Are Subscription Boxes/Products Refundable?


No, unfortunately due to the nature of subscription boxes & our products we don't accept refunds on our edible products of any form.




Do you cater Weddings & Events?


Yes we do! Email us or give us a call to discuss your requirements & we can help provide the perfect treats for your special day including sweet carts!




How long does delivery take?


We estimate 2-5 working days for all deliveries across the UK. We do provide a same day service for customers living locally to us within Leicester. If you order before 2pm & live within the required area your order will be delivered same day. Check if your postcode is in the area by opening out live chat. This service is not available on sundays.




I live in Leicester, what are my delivery options?


We have plenty of options to suit you! Firstly we provide same day delivery within Leicester on all orders placed before 2pm Monday - Saturday & next day after 2pm, meaning you can get your treats asap! We provide FREE delivery within 2 miles of LE5 2ED. If you are based outside of 2 miles, delivery will be £3.95 however this is still included in same day delivery! We are also open for collections Monday - Saturday 10am - 7pm! Simply select collection at the checkout & you will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to collect. Want a delivery on a certain day? Perhaps for a special occasion? Easily done! When placing your order you will find a note section at the checkout, simply add little message in here telling us the exact date you would like delivery & we will do the rest! Any questions?
