All orders are dispatched same day Monday (9am - 1pm) -Tuesday - Thursday (9am - 3pm), order placed after Thursday 3pm will be dispatched on Monday. Please be aware these times can change at any given time especially during seasonal periods. If you are in need of urgent dispatch please open our online chat or call us to confirm our processing times.

When placing large or corporate orders we will provide an exact delivery price for your custom order, this will be depend on time scale, size and location. We do have Special Next Day Delivery available if required.

Return & Exchange Policy
Products that have been opened or tampered with in any form can not be returned due to the nature of the product. Products must be returned in a timely manor and we will not accept returns after 30 days.

If you wish to return an item that is sealed you can do so at the customers postage cost. Refunds take between 2-5 working days to process once they reach us & payment may take longer depending on payment method.

Subscription boxes & Sale Boxes are not eligible for return due to the nature of the products.
